Ballynahinch Castle Hotel is one of Ireland’s finest luxury castle hotels, voted #1 in Ireland by the readers of Condé Nast magazine. Over the past five years Allen have worked closely with management helping the hotel to attain this great accolade. By refreshing the hotel’s brand identity and digital presence, developing an advertising campaign that is ‘on-brand’ and carefully targeted and revamping the interior signage of the hotel, we have created and experience for the customer that they will not forget, from the very first point of contact.
Advertising templates we created are based around the use of photography – keeping text to a minimum and creating a suite of adverts that sell the hotel with strong imagery. Imagery that draws in the reader gives a much better experience than any amount of words.
We developed a range of packaging for the gift store to complete the user experience. Also included is a presentation box for gift vouchers, which gives the online user a tangible item to gift if required.
